Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
Your use of the (GPS LVN) platform affiliated with Madinaty Information Technology Company indicates your full agreement to these terms. It is required that the user be officially authorized to represent their company or institution to benefit from our services and apply the tracking system.
Legitimate Use of Tracking Services
The client is committed to using the platform solely for the purposes of managing and tracking their company's vehicle fleets, supporting operational efficiency. Using the system for any activities that violate individual privacy or contravene applicable laws is prohibited.
Account Security and Data Confidentiality
The client bears responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the login data granted to them. Our company is committed to providing the highest encryption standards, and technical support must be notified immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access to accounts.
Accuracy of Entered Information
The client is responsible for the correctness of the vehicle and driver data entered into the system. The platform is not responsible for any consequences resulting from entering inaccurate information that may affect the quality of generated reports and alerts.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including software, user interfaces, and databases, belong exclusively to Madinaty Information Technology Company, and copying or commercially exploiting them without written consent is not permitted.
Amendments to Terms
The platform management reserves the right to update these terms to keep pace with technical developments, expansion of services, or system updates. Continued use of the platform by the client constitutes implicit consent to these updates.
